The National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, whose mission is to teach entrepreneurship to young people from low-income communities to enhance their economic productivity by improving their business, academic, and life skills. NFTE is headquartered in New York City. AIDS Walk New York has continued to be a huge success since the groundbreaking event at Lincoln Center in May of 1986. Participation that first year was 4,500 walkers, who raised more than $710,000 for GMHC. Today, AIDS Walk New York is the world’s largest AIDS fundraising event and has raised more than $80 million for GMHC and other local AIDS organizations.

The March of Dimes
The March of Dimes is a national voluntary health agency whose mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. Founded in 1938, the March of Dimes funds programs of research, community services, education, and advocacy to save babies and in 2003 launched a campaign to address the increasing rate of premature birth.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is internationally recognized for its pioneering work in finding cures and saving children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. Founded by late entertainer Danny Thomas and based in Memphis, Tenn., St. Jude freely shares its discoveries with scientific and medical communities around the world.
